Based in Brighton & Hove and operating throughout Sussex, Bike for Life is an independent cycle training organisation helping everybody to cycle, for health, for leisure and for fun. With our team of accredited instructors, we aim to create and support a diverse cycling culture that can embrace everyone, including you. We offer a range of 1-2-1 tuition, courses and activities that almost anyone can take part in e.g. Bike Maintenance Courses, Road Riding Training & Community Projects.
