Selling Your Home

Selling your home is a serious responsibility. We work very hard to keep you in control of your move, and we will be your expert advisers from the first thoughts of moving to stepping through the door of your new home. We will do everything possible to get you the best price for your home, when you need it, with the minimum stress.

Agreeing a sale

As well as passing on all offers, we will investigate and advise on a buyer's situation, their financial readiness, the state of their chain and anticipated timescales. Choosing the wrong buyer can be expensive and ultimately frustrating.

Sales progression

The longer it takes from agreeing a sale to exchanging, the more likely it is for the sale to fall through, with the resulting stress and associated costs. We chase every step of the process ~ solicitors, financial advisers and other Agents within a chain, so that you don't have to.

Solicitors

It is vital to have a good reputable firm of Solicitors representing you. Not only will they be more conscientious, like ourselves, but you can pop in to see them to have any conveyancing issues explained

Exchanging contracts

Once contracts are exchanged, you might complete in a day, you might complete in six months ~ either way, we will help you in any way possible to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Completion

We will co-ordinate all the last little minute items, and ensure that we will only hand over keys to your buyer once we have had confirmation from your solicitor that legal completion has taken place and that monies have been received.
