Deliberately ruins trousers Disgusting service and unable to press trousers properly.

Just picked up my trousers and checked them when I got home. I did not check them in the store as I had NEVER had trouble before. I needed these trousers for an event tomorrow so opened them up to put a belt on them. I could not believe what I saw. The lazy person could not even bother to follow the creases which are now on the left and right instead of being in the front of the trousers. I rang them and spoke to George who came out with some excuse for the laziness saying it is the latest fashion "FLATS" what a load of rubbish. He decided to hang up on me when I asked for a credit card refund. I made a second call to him asking for a refund and he said I cant be bothered. I consider this as a deliberate action to cause inconvenience to a disabled person. I seem to attract the inconsiderate individuals and to find one who is too lazy to follow sewn in creases is unbelievable and come out with a rubbish and lame excuse is beyond understanding.
