We were set up in South Croydon in 1994 and have moved to the present site in 2005. In 2011 we doubled the size of our premises on our freehold site of 0.5 acres in Purley, near South Croydon, Surrey. We strive to provide Enviable, Exemplary and Efficient service to our customers and thus aim to increase customer satisfaction and achieve long term loyalty.
We have started the online shop in 2010 to help to promote our business and advertise our experience, knowledge and low priced products to wider audience.

Purchased some chrome window hardware from this shop. Manager was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. The products were faulty which was only discovered when opening the cellophane on the products, the manager has withheld our money. The product had clearly not been chromed properly and was extremely scratched instead of the manager contacting the supplier for a resolution he accused us of damaging the product. Worst service I've ever received and I'm now out of pocket cannot stress enough to shop elsewhere
