About Us

The administration and operating centre is based in Portslade. This does not mean however that we concentrate our business in this area only. At any one time, we will have vehicles available across the local area ranging from Brighton and Hove to Southwick and Shoreham and are able to cover work from Lancing, Steyning, and Henfield when necessary.

Our Drivers

All our drivers are thoroughly checked by both the company and the local district council, the drivers all have a council issued badge on display. Enhanced criminal records bureau checks are standard for every driver and in addition many go through farther checks to ensure their suitability for carrying out social service contracts for local school contracts. As well as all these safeguards, every Brighton Airport Cabs driver has attended either a BTEC or NVQ2 course in road passenger transport by taxi and private hire vehicle. We like to think that we have the most professional fleet and drivers in the area, many of our competitors have yet to catch up.

Our Services

While most work is transferring people to the airport, we are able to cater for all types of journeys, to any destination in the United Kingdom. We can normally cover any job that is thrown at us at short notice, we would recommend you book in advance. We carry all types of people to all types of destination. Cash and account customers are equally welcome. Brighton Airport Cabs have many national and local account customers. Apart from our regular contract work for local councils we number among our valued customers such companies as Standard Life Healthcare, BBC, ITV, Film and television crews and music industry workers including lighting engineers and sound engineers and local bands and musicians, local language schools. Many local hotels also use our service to transport their guests to and from the airports.
