We can offer you the chance to invest either in cash or via pensions in a series of luxury 5 star resorts being built by a reputable UK company throughout the Caribbean. The main reason to invest is for the future income that will be provided and capital growth. All properties are freehold. A typical anticipated rental return on a £150,000 property will be £20,000 per annum, this being after deduction for mortgage and maintenance fees.

So if your pension is not performing, you can use your fund to purchase. All you pay is a £1000 reservation fee(refunded for pension purchases) and 30% of the purchase price(so in example above £45,000). The company will arrange the 70% finance on completion.

Clients can also buy with cash to achieve the same annual returns on their money.
