Counselling, Psychotherapy and CBT

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's College, London. I practice Psychotherapy and CBT and short-term, solution focused therapy.

I have been working in counselling, cbt and psychotherapy in Brighton and Hove for the past 7 years. I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 10 years, primarily for MIND and SASS.

People come to me for addiction therapy, bereavement and loss, depression therapy, stress and anxiety counselling, relationship therapy, improving self–esteem, alcohol and drug counselling and confidence building. Your first session will cost £25 and will be an opportunity for us to discuss your needs.
