Awful place. Do not risk it.

Awful place. They let my cat get out within hours of my leaving him there and they kept it to themselves for days... he's never been seen since. They hardly helped us with the search, or help with our search costs - they haven't even ever apologised, just saying he's probably on his way home (no sign six months later). They have even been obstructive to those trying to help me. Awful and uncaring, making a heartbreaking situation worse. When searching for Ozzy I was contacted by a number of previous clients telling me that Catwick had also let their cats escape, it's shocking. Investigations found a number of breaches of licensing terms including cats wandering freely between pens. No wonder there have been escapes. The Licensing council agree and reduced their rating to a ONE STAR with a long list of improvements to be made. I wouldn't risk your cat being the next one. Find somewhere that will keep your cat safe.
