Our pregnancy classes provide all the wonderful benefits of Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing into one class so that you can learn about your changing body, your choices during your pregnancy and birth as well as connecting your mind and body, providing you with all the tools to a calm and positive birth.

Birth Preparation isn't just for the pregnant person, a well-informed, confident and relaxed birth partner can be the key to a positive birth experience for you both. Our baby class offers a blend of Mum and Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, relaxation and infant education, aiding your postnatal recovery at the same time as spending quality time with your baby and making new friendships.
