I am a BACP Registered Counsellor with professional and personal experience of many issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse and Drink or Drug Misuse. I offer long or short term therapy on an open ended basis. My rooms are in comfortable surroundings in Central Brighton and Central Hove.
The quality of the relationship between client and counsellor is very important in order to enable change to take place, so I offer a low cost first session, so that you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
