No attention to detail whatsoever

On Feb.2nd we paid a 2K deposit for curtains, the job was promised to be completed within 4 weeks max. The owner changed his mobile number and had no automated response on the shop phone. By mid May we had tracked him down via facebook. He made no attempt to contact us at any point. After many emails and a few phone calls he finally agreed to fit the curtains. (mid JUNE)The owner paid no attention to detail and did not even check to see if the curtains were the correct size before he brought them to the house. We then discovered that he had not taken into account that the gated windows would need metal rails rather than tracks. He promised to return within 2 weeks to fit the kitchen curtains once the correct measurement was adhered to , that didn't happen. I checked his reviews on face book and traced them back to family members or friends of his daughters. This was an expensive lesson , the owners communication skills were very poor. I would not recommend this company.
